Black Friday.
Well, there are only 4 weeks left until Black Friday.
You know, the day after Thanksgiving - like, the busiest shopping day of the year! The day with all of the blockbuster sales.
I have made my way out at 5:00 AM (back by 8:00) on Black Friday for the past few years. And I can't decide whether to do it again.
Was it worth it in the past?
I think last year was a good one. I got an HP desktop computer for Doodles for $399 and 2 plasma TVs for $999 each. But I missed out on the HP laptop - the thing I really wanted for Justy - and almost got trampled to death trying to get one. I ended up ordering him a Dell later that day, as they were having huge online special. But I don't remember any of the other years being that spectacular.
I may just have to wait until all of the lists come out. A quick search on Google early that week should expose at least some of the deals.
Geez - I haven't even thought of anything so special that the kiddos want this year anyway.
They all have computers, and no extraordinary game systems have come out.
Hmmm - I better think about this.
Will it be worth it to lose precious sleep to save a few bucks? I suppose if there are any big ticket items that I can save on.
Like, really save!
